work by Julia Goodman

Julia left the Residency in early September.
She's off to New York and will be missed.
Here are some images of work she made while in residence.


Above, Julia used blackberries from the Residency property to stain the handmade paper.



The sculpture above was made from handmade paper, which included cotton, banana leaves, lilac and poppy seeds, and a 2x4 from the Residency property.



The wood casts above are from scraps of wood found around the Residency woodshed.
